Vacature: Corporate Finance Stage
FBM Mahler Corporate Finance heeft ruimte voor 2 ambitieuze finance master studenten om 4 maanden M&A stage-ervaring op te doen (for English, see below)
FBM Mahler Corporate Finance is één van de leidende onafhankelijke Corporate Finance huizen in Nederland. Wij bieden het volledige scala aan van fusie en overname adviesdiensten. FBM Mahler Corporate Finance heeft een sterke positie in het Nederlandse middensegment van de fusie en overname markt (ondernemingswaarde doorgaans tussen EUR 20 – 500 miljoen). Wij adviseren zowel internationaal als lokaal door middel van de transacties waar wij namens zowel strategische als private equity partijen optreden. Onze diepgewortelde kennis van corporate finance blijkt uit het brede spectrum van transacties dat wij met succes hebben uitgevoerd.
We zijn momenteel op zoek naar twee uitstekende studenten in hun laatste jaar van een economische of financiële master om een op maat gemaakte meewerkstage te lopen met ons team van adviseurs.
Je taken omvatten onder andere
− Onderzoek en analyse van de belangrijkste sectoren en het in kaart brengen van potentiële M&A deals
− Onderzoek van belangrijke marktspelers en sectorontwikkelingen
− Financiële analyse, modelleren en waarderingen uitvoeren (de mate afhankelijk van het niveau)
− Voorbereiding van presentaties voor opdrachtgevers
Onze verwachtingen
− Je bent een ambitieuze student die bijna de masterstudie heeft afgerond
− Je beschikt over de competentie om informatiebronnen te vinden en kritisch te analyseren
− Je wilt je vaardigheden binnen corporate finance verder ontwikkelen
− Je bent een ervaren gebruiker van Microsoft Office, met name Excel en PowerPoint
− Je werkt grondig en onafhankelijk en houdt van drukke werkdagen
− Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift
Voorafgaande ervaring in corporate finance is niet vereist.

FBM Mahler Corporate Finance is offering 4 months M&A internships for two ambitious finance master students
FBM Mahler Corporate Finance is one of the leading independent corporate finance houses in the Netherlands. We offer the full range of mergers and acquisitions advisory services. FBM Mahler Corporate Finance has a strong foothold in the Dutch M&A mid market. We advise internationally as well as locally through the transactions that we run on behalf of both strategic and private equity parties. Our deeply rooted corporate finance knowledge is evidenced by the broad range of transactions that we have successfully executed.
We are currently seeking two excellent students in their final year of an economic or financial master degree to complete a tailored internship with our team of advisors.
Your tasks will include amongst others
− Research and analysis of key markets and sourcing of potential M&A deals
− Research of key market players and industry dynamics
− Financial analysis, model building and valuation (the extent depending on qualifications)
− Preparation of client presentations
Our expectations
− You are an ambitious student, being close to completing your master’s studies
− You have shown your ability to source and analyze information critically
− You wish to develop your skills further within corporate finance
− You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
− You are thorough and independent and enjoy busy work days
− You are fluent in spoken and written English
Prior experience in Corporate Finance is not required.
