Nomura offers a range of graduate and internship programmes across three key areas, investment banking, global markets and corporate infrastructure. We also offer 3 month internships in our regional offices.
Internships are the perfect preparation for a subsequent full time role. Nomura will extend full time offers to strong performers to return to the company the following year. The recruitment process for the graduate programme consists of three first round interviews (two sessions on competency and one case study) with junior representatives. If you are applying for an internship position, you will attend two first round interviews (one competency and one case study). If successful, the final round interviews for both fulltime and internships will consist of four competency based interviews with senior representatives.

All of these competencies are equally weighted and we look for evidence of these in your CV, cover letter and throughout the interview process.
