About Albacore Partners
Albacore Partners is a specialised advisory firm providing financial services at the top end of the market: our clients can be multinationals, governments or financial sponsors. We advise on, and implement capital raisings, mergers, acquisitions, disposals, restructurings and major corporate development processes.
Albacore Partners was established in 2009 to give our clients independent advice of the highest quality. We work closely with our clients, typically on ‘in-house’ basis. We are hands-on, fact-based, pragmatic and unbiased. We add value from inception to post implementation. We offer full service: advice and implementation based on a long term relationship.

The four partners have 12-16 years of work experience at leading investment banks and large corporations. Having acted both as advisor and as principal makes us uniquely equipped to understand our clients' needs. We have been involved in a wide range of transactions with an aggregate value in excess of EUR 100bn.
What we are looking for
Since our start two years ago, we have been able build recurring relationships with high profile clients including Stork, Heineken, Cool Cat and various financial investors. Due to the increased deal flow, we are continuously looking for Master students in the last year of their studies to support our team for periods ranging from 3 months up to a year, either on a full time basis or for a minimum of 3 days per week. We have recently hired a junior associate who joined us initially as an intern. You will typically work with us on execution support, financial modeling, market & company research and preparing presentations. We expect the following of a candidate:
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Diligence and commitment
- Strong PC based computer skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Sense of humor
- Ability to work independently
